Invitation

Future products need to be tailored to individual customer needs to bring even more comfort and quality of life to its users. This vision is also an integral part of Industry 4.0 concepts which discusses mass customization of products.

In recent years, the number of new apps and software solutions serving this purpose has dramatically increased. However, it is not easy for software developers to assess individual user requirements as well as the acceptance of a software solution. As a by-product of app usage, large amounts of user data and additional parameters resulting from the respective user context are generated. In order to make better use of this data and to identify useful correlations, complex data evaluations and new channels for user feedback are necessary. Software developers benefit from these new solutions when it comes to define new software features for different user groups and rank them within the release planning.

Within the scope of this event, new approaches and innovative solutions for exploiting end user feedback and runtime data are presented helping to improve the evolution process within the software lifecycle.

In addition, participants will have the opportunity to discuss a possible application of new software solutions within their own company and to get up-to-date information on user-oriented programming and big data exploitation.
